Zachary Tucker joined Atticus Law Group as a Senior Associate in 2025. A “double Bruin,” he studied at the University of California, Los Angeles, where he received both his Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 2015 and his Juris Doctor degree in 2018. During law school, Mr. Tucker served as the President of the Business Law Association and held a staff position for the Criminal Justice Law Review. He also worked for the Ventura County Public Defender’s Office, vigorously defending cases on behalf of the wrongfully accused.
Since graduating from law school, Mr. Tucker has dedicated his time to expanding his Labor and Employment practice, representing both employers and employees in civil litigation at some of the largest and most successful law firms in California. In his practice, Mr. Tucker has litigated a wide variety of cases, including numerous single-plaintiff employment matters and class actions, through all stages of litigation, all while bringing the unique perspective of someone who has seen both sides of the bar.
Outside of his work, Mr. Tucker enjoys listening to music, cooking, and watching scary movies. He often finds himself between Los Angeles and San Diego, making time to visit his family and serve as Godfather to his nieces and nephew. Mr. Tucker also spends much of his time exploring LA alongside his Boston Terrier, Iggy.
