Camden Swanson joined Atticus Law Group as an Associate in 2025. Born and raised in Castle Rock, Washington, he attended Washington State University, where he obtained his Bachelor of Arts degree in Public Affairs in 2020. He then moved to San Diego, California to attend the University of San Diego School of Law, earning his Juris Doctor degree in 2023.
During law school, Camden worked in civil litigation, handling various insurance defense matters. Having been on both sides of the fence, Camden is well equipped to hold employers accountable for their wrongdoings while obtaining fair compensation for his clients.
Since graduating from law school, Camden has devoted his time to broadening his labor and employment law knowledge and experience. He has litigated numerous single-plaintiff labor and employment cases. Camden advocates for those who have been discriminated against, harassed, or retaliated against based on a protected class, as well as those who were not paid their due wages or were denied legally compliant meal and rest breaks.
In his free time, Camden enjoys traveling, listening to music, playing basketball, and attending sporting events (Go Padres!).
